Corporate Venture Attorney The candidate must possess (i) 3+ years experience in emerging companies and venture financing representation, (ii) an interest in working with fast-growing companies in the food, consumer and technology sectors, (iii) exceptional analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and (iv) a strong academic record from a top law school. Success in this position requires a business-savvy mindset, dedicated work ethic and deep experience in the following areas: Equity and debt financings with venture-backed companies, Investor-side venture financing transactions, Commercial and corporate counseling with emerging companies, Mergers and acquisitions, Corporate structuring and governance are required.
