Part-time Temporary Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: filing legal pleadings and documents; preparation regarding discovery, interrogatory, and depositions; and communicating with clients. Must have 3+ years of relevant experience. Foreclosure defense experience is a plus. Must hold a current license to practice law in Louisiana and/or other states and be interested in per diem document review work. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
