Real Estate Paralegal / Closer The candidate will participate in office activities and serve as a single point of contact for all closing related matters in a high volume closing environment. Will communicate with all parties throughout the process to coordinate and schedule upcoming closings. Prepare files for closing ordering Water, HOA, Payoffs, Buyer or Seller Info Sheets, etc. Prepare Fee CDs, CPLs, and Title Commitments/Binders for lenders. Prepare Closing Disclosure Statements (CDs). Collaborate with lenders to achieve an accurate CD for distribution to their Borrower(s). Prepare HUD-1 Settlement Statements for cash closings. Prepare closing packages and documents for execution at the closing table. A solid working background in real estate closings with experience using closing software is required.
