Health Care Attorney The candidate must have experience assisting healthcare providers to create business and legal value in all types of situations, whether transactional or regulatory. Should also have a background in hospital and other provider acquisitions and affiliations, joint ventures involving for profit and tax exempt organizations and physician owned entities, joint ventures and/or joint operating agreements between nonprofit, tax exempt health systems and various hospital/physician contractual arrangements. Must have extensive background in health care law, health insurance, and managed care. Book of business is preferable. Partner candidate will also be considered. Should also be a frequent presenter and active in the health care community.
