Seeking an Associate Attorney - Litigation / Law & Motion with 1+ year of litigation experience. Candidate will work directly under one of the partners on the firm's Law and Motion (and Appeals) Team, which is based out of the firm's main office. Must have License to practice in California. Must have the ability to conduct research, communicate effectively and persuasively in writing and oral argument, and to confidently appear at court/arbitration hearings to argue various motions in front of judges, arbitrators, and opposing counsel. Must be comfortable speaking with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills are necessary. Must be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and outcome-oriented. Must have: Excellent research and writing skills and Strong oral advocacy skills.
