Attorney - Insurance Defense/ General Liability Defense The candidate will oversee litigation of file from inception through conclusion, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances. Will do case evaluation and settlement analysis. Perform legal research and drafting memos and appeals. Must respond promptly to e-mail and phone inquiries and have excellent client skills and telephone manner. The candidate should have 2+ years of general liability/insurance defense experience. Must be admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. Must have superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid research abilities and written and verbal communication skills is required.
