Corporate Immigration Paralegal (Bilingual-Spanish) The candidate provide assistance in the fields of corporate immigration and litigation. Experience with H-1B, E-3, TN, H-2A, L-1A, L-1B, R-1, etc., visas preferred. The position will be responsible for preparation of immigration petitions and forms, legal research, case management, participation in client consultations, collection of client records, preparation of pleadings and any other legal work required by attorneys at the firm.
