Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will primarily entail handling all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases along with managing a staff member(s) working with the lawyer on the cases. Will be supported by skilled legal assistant(s) who will help lead client communications, prepare documents, and all demands related to cases. Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary to this position along with the willingness and ability to regularly interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person. Should have excellent computer, analytical, and database skills are essential. Will be a part of a fast-paced team environment and will have all the needed support to allow you to grow as a lawyer and to focus on the proper workup of cases in preparation for settlement or litigation. Excellent computer, analytical, and database skills are essential. Should be a Active member of the Illinois State Bar (Preferred). Experience of 3 years (Preferred).
