Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for working on mortgage foreclosure litigation files including: opening files in Case Aware, our practice management software, PACER and SCRA searches, ordering title commitments, e-filing pleadings, e-serving pleadings, setting hearings, communicating with clients in Tempo, LPS and other client systems and communicating with Opposing counsel. Should have 2+ years of experience. Experience with Tempo, LPS, Case Aware and Time matters a plus. Experience ordering title commitments, preparing draft Mortgage Foreclosure Complaints, Motions for Default, Notice of Dropping, Motion for Summary Judgment and other pleadings, a plus.
