Financial Services Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of cases from pleadings, discovery, document review and production, and fact investigation and development. Should have 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Consumer financial services litigation experience is a major plus. Experience with e-discovery is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle significant case volume with competing deadlines. Four year degree and/or paralegal certificate. Knowledge of PA and NJ Court Rules, experience in filing in the PA and NJ Court system and the Federal Court system, including the Eastern District of PA, Middle District of PA, Western District of PA and District of NJ, PACER filings. Should have experience filing in the NY State and Federal courts. Knowledge of e-discovery and litigation support software such as Relativity is a plus. Must have knowledge of Excel.
