Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will conduct bi-weekly New Case Review Meetings and Demand Projection Meetings with the pre-litigation team. Review and approve client settlement demands, and approve proposed settlement releases. Serve as the point of contact for staff regarding pre-suit matters. Negotiate client case settlements. Draft, review, and approve settlement statements and medical reductions. Conduct client settlement conferences. Draft and/or review probate petitions and conduct probate hearings. Provide litigation recommendations for pre-litigation cases. The candidate must have experience negotiating personal injury settlements; experience reviewing and drafting settlement releases; strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be results-orientated and a team player; licensed to practice law in Georgia. Must hit the ground running to provide our current and future clients with outstanding representation. Must have significant experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases from start to finish.
