Litigation Attorney The candidate should have experience in fast-paced, high volume and high value toxic and mass tort litigation for the Plaintiff. Must have extensive deposition experience - experts, clients, corporate representatives, etc. Should have trial experience in Louisiana state and federal courts. Must have ability to work with minimal supervision and manage their own cases/docket,. Will be primarily represented the Plaintiff in toxic and mass tort litigation in Louisiana. Drafted, answered, served and/or propounded discovery, subpoenas, notices of records deposition. Should have familiarity with every phase of civil litigation from intake to verdict. Must have ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with opposing, referring, and co-counsel. Should have familiarity with Louisiana appellate courts and procedure.
