Post-Conviction & Criminal Defense Attorney Candidate will work on significant criminal cases, perform high-level legal research and writing, and appear in court. The majority of cases handled by the attorney will be habeas corpus cases but appellate and trial court work may also be available. Candidate must have CT Bar Admission. Will have experience in criminal, appellate and habeas corpus work, although we are willing to train the right candidate. Additional factors which will be considered include bringing a book of business, and experience in other practice areas (particularly immigration, real estate, estate planning, and family law).
