Paralegal Commercial Litigation The candidate will be assisting attorneys with complex commercial litigation cases involving contract disputes, real estate, construction, franchising, banking and consumer lending matters. Baccalaureate degree and certificate from well-accredited paralegal training program is preferred. Should preferably have 2-3 years of complex litigation, case management, and at-trial experience. Experience with Eclipse and/or Relativity is a plus.
