The candidate will perform a broad range of legal functions in a dynamic employee benefits practice, with over 16 practicing professionals focused solely on employee benefits. Must have excellent written and oral communication, as well as analytical skills. Must be a highly motivated self-starter, with sound business judgment and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Offers very sophisticated client work and therefore candidates must have strong client-relationship skills. Should have good working knowledge of employee benefits law in pension and retirement plans. Should have excellent law school credentials.
