Associate Attorney Real Estate & Finance The candidate's responsibilities and duties include: Finance, AR, LOC, Merger, Acquisition transactions; Close complex commercial real estate transactions independently; Work well in a team environment, communicate clearly, and prioritize practical issues for clients; Strong analytical, research, and writing skills; Ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues; Knowledge of various finance documents and security instruments, corporate filings, consents, and resolutions; Required Qualifications: J.D. and an active California Bar license; Experience as a licensed California attorney; Commercial real estate and transactions experience; Bar (Required).
