Seeking Associate Attorney Criminal Defense with 3+ years of experience in the practice of criminal law. The candidates will have broad experience with all types of criminal matters, including: DUI, drug possession, domestic violence, assault, battery, vehicular and non-vehicular manslaughter, restraining orders, and have extensive experience litigating criminal matters in state and federal court, possess oral advocacy skills, and have jury trial experience. Admission to the California Bar, immediately transferable skills, a strong academic background, and excellent research and writing skills are also required.
