Senior Paralegal - Corporate The candidate should have Bachelor s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. Should have 8+ years of experience as a corporate and securities paralegal. Private company experience is essential. Should have strong Blue Sky research skills. Experience with entity formation and qualification is essential. Real estate closing experience is a plus. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred. Large firm experience is preferred.
