Associate Attorney, Part time, Contract Duties: Pre-litigation and litigation work on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Assist lead attorney as well as working independently on research, writing demands, respond to and make requests for discovery negotiations, trial preparation etc. Qualifications: 1-2 Years of experience handling personal injury cases is preferred. Attention to detail and good writing skills. Interest in helping people who have been injured and/or suffered a loss.
