Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate serves as the liaison between the attorney and clients who have hired the firm to qualify and apply for Medicaid, and in some cases Veterans benefits, to help pay for home health, assisted living, or skilled nursing care. Previous law firm experience preferred. This position requires an organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi task and handle a fast-paced case load with heavy phone and client contact. Mortgage loan processing and closing experience helpful by analogy.
