Electrical Group Paralegal The candidate will draft, revise, and file documents in pending patent applications at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including patent applications, information disclosure statements, requests for certificates of correction, and other filings. Will draft, revise, and file petitions, motions, and other documents in litigation proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board; maintain dockets and internal files for those litigation proceedings. Will communicate with clients and vendors to maintain strong client relationships and support the firm s litigation and patent prosecution practices. Will conduct strategic legal and market research for attorneys. Should be entry-level paralegal. Should have a four-year degree and with strong academic credentials. Should have previous work experience or a paralegal certificate. Must be motivated team player
