This firm only practices intellectual property law in the areas of patents, copyrights, and trademarks, including licensing and litigation. Their clients range from individual inventors to large international corporations. They are now looking for more outstanding attorneys.
International Patent Department Paralegal The candidate will have at least 1 3 years of foreign filing experience and strong writing skills. Must be able to independently prepare and file PCT International applications and all related documents with the USPTO Receiving Office. Should be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills and possess the ability to function well under deadlines.
