Project Coordinator, Paralegal The candidate supervises Partner, Director of Administration, Director of Practice Support, Director of Paralegals, Paralegal Manager and external clients Supervising Partner, Director of Administration, Director of Practice Support, Director of Paralegals, Paralegal Manager and external clients. Examines, organizes, analyses and communicates information relating to particular questions and organizes its communication into a logical and usable work product for the attorneys in the practice group supporting a designated client(s). Investigates factual issues by using a variety of sources including local libraries, websites, client repositories and other outside sources. Maintains client, matter or practice group specific libraries in electronic format and/or hard copy. Communicates results of all projects in effectively written memos, emails or in logical format. Maintains all the administrative standards set by the firm including the preparation and submittal of daily time entries, attendance at administrative meetings, legal keying of all client relevant/firm information and other administrative tasks as assigned. Work in all areas of corporate and regulatory law and litigation. Coordinate with vendors for outside services if necessary following the firm s procurement policies. Must be fluent in Korean, both written and verbal. College degree is preferred. Should have 3+ years of relevant paralegal experience in the legal industry and/or specialized educational training to support the assigned practice. In lieu of a college degree, a high school diploma and 4+years of law-related experience under the supervision of a licensed lawyer is essential. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of basic accounting principals and the use of Excel is essential. Must be current in practice area industry trends and in the legal profession.
