ITC Paralegal (Trial and Appellate Group) The candidate will join an intellectual property law firm. Support Trial & Appellate Practice Group. Act as an integral team member in supporting litigation attorneys, mentoring junior paralegals, streamlining workflow, and facilitating best practices within the Trial & Appellate Practice Group. Bachelor's degree preferred. Should have patent litigation experience. Trial experience as a litigation paralegal is preferred. Experience with Section 337 investigations conducted by the U.S. International Trade Commission a plus. 5+ years of patent litigation experience is required. Knowledge and understanding of the litigation process and e-discovery; experience with database management software, review, and production required. Stellar cite checking skills are required. Should be proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, CompuLaw, Case Notebook, Relativity, IPRO (Eclipse), and FileSite.
