Legal Secretary / Office Administrator The candidate will perform delegated substantive legal work in insurance defense, civil litigation and family law. Will communicate effectively and handle multiple assignments and priorities. Responsibilities include legal calendaring in Abacus and Outlook and must have knowledge of state and federal court rules as well as processing and filing documents. Should have 5+ years of experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments in a timely manner. Must have a minimum typing speed of 55 wpm.
