Associate Attorney (Immigration, Criminal Defense, and Family Law) The candidate must be willing to attend all types of court hearings, including criminal defense and family cases. Must be an attorney licensed in the State of Georgia. Should be able to multitask and work on several projects at the same time. Must be an independent worker and collaborate well with the other employees. Must maintain frequent communication with the clients regarding the status of their cases and meet with the clients if they have any questions regarding their case. Should be bilingual in Spanish and English, and also have an interest in sales. Should be willing to receive client consultations for new cases, and also willingly participate in marketing activities. Prior experience in immigration court litigation and family law is a huge plus. Prior courtroom experience in any forum is also a plus. Speaking Portuguese would be beneficial as well, though not required.
