Immigration Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years immigration law practice experience. Should have handled a substantial volume of H1B, L1, O1, EB1, PERM and EB5 cases; Strong writing, research and analytical skills; Excellent communication and case management skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred. Business plan draft experience is preferred. Expertise in other areas such as business contracts, labor law, living trust, asset protection and business consulting is preferred.
