Transactional Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years experience. Practice focuses on transactional needs of private operating businesses and real estate development. Tasks focus on real estate purchase and sale agreements, leasing, financing opinions, special purpose and serial entity formation, operating and limited partnership agreements. Demonstrable knowledge of entity taxation and corporate governance models a plus. Tasks may include some real estate disputes. Experience in Real Estate transactions, litigation and/or dispute resolution a plus.
