Immigration Paralegal The candidate will work closely with attorneys and clients in preparing and managing cases for permanent residence ("green cards") and citizenship, and potentially other areas. Also be required to meet deadlines with USCIS, NVC and the immigration court. Also entails doing translations of Spanish documents to English when required. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Assistant. Must have knowledge and experience in family immigration (consular process, adjustment of status, petitions, VAWA, etc). Should have strong computer skills, detailed and accurate data entry, communication with clients. 3+ years of experience is preferred.
