Personal Injury and Transportation Attorney The candidate will include all aspects of case management from inception to trial. Must have 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney in insurance defense, general liability, personal injury, or transportation; experience taking and defending depositions of opposing parties, independent witnesses, and experts, and attending mediations or court appearances. Should have a strong litigation background along with excellent academic credentials and superb writing and communication skills. Should also be familiar with billable hours and be able to capture time worked and must be licensed to practice in Texas.
