Intellectual Property and Trademark Paralegal The candidate's primary responsibilities will include docketing of trademark filings and renewals, as well as docketing of other IP matters. Prepare and file relevant documents related to the prosecution and/or maintenance of U.S. and foreign trademarks. Correspond directly with clients and foreign associates on routine trademark-related matters. Provide IP litigation support. A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and/or completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program is preferred. Experience with docketing software and, in particular, CPI docketing software is preferred. Familiarity with trademark opposition and cancellation actions, trademark clearance searching, copyrights, domains, and USPTO proceedings is also a plus.
