General Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate must have 2-3 years of complex litigation experience. Should preferably have experience with writing briefs, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, drafting affirmative and responsive discovery, and experience with routine and complex filings plus some courtroom experience (handling routine court appearances, arguing motions, and/or presenting witnesses). Strong academic record and excellent electronic data management skills, research, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Illinois Bar admission is a must.
