Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence, and documents related to discovery, depositions, etc., facilitating filings through state filing portals, scheduling and setting depositions, hearings and meditations, maintaining response/due date calendar, indexing files, and other daily case management duties. Bilingual is preferred. Must be an experienced litigation paralegal. Should preferably have experience in federal and state litigation. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, and Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.
