Seeking Associate Attorney with 1-2 years of experience in the following areas: Residential mortgage foreclosure; pleadings drafting and review, courtroom experience, client interaction and capability in managing internal and client reporting systems. Candidate will handle real estate title examination involving review of title commitments, searches and reports, understanding of title policy claims process and substantive IL title law is preferred.
