Junior Paralegal The candidate will analyze and summarize documents, summarize depositions, prepare discovery responses, online legal and general research; draft case management conference statements, and other basic pleadings; trial preparation (trial exhibits, draft jury instructions and trial subpoenas). Must have Bachelor's degree. Should have 1+ year of law-related experience under the supervision of an attorney -OR- certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal program.
