Trademark Paralegal The candidate will assist in trademark clearance, including preparation of opinions. Investigation of trademark and domain issues and infringements. Interact with opposing counsel, in-house counsel and other client contacts. Prepare and assist in the preparation of all relevant written communications and IP documents. Assist the supervising attorneys to ensure that all docket dates and all related trademark deadlines are met. Organize and maintain electronic files in a timely manner. Administrative support: docketing and file management. Additional projects and tasks as assigned. Domestic and international trademark prosecution and maintenance. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Must have 3+ years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) required.
