Associate Attorney The candidate will join governmental practice area. The associate will handle local governmental matters, including civil litigation and motions practice on behalf of public entities in state and federal court, as well as procurement and employment matters. The associate in this position will also devote some time to representation of plaintiffs in personal injury cases, the firm's primary practice area. Experience in local government practice is preferred but not mandatory. 2+ years of practice, including litigation experience, strongly preferred. Provide legal support to clients and assist senior attorneys. Maintain client relationships. Prepare legal pleadings, briefs, and documents. J.D.- 2+ years practice experience preferred. Georgia Bar license in good standing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong legal knowledge.
