Mid-level Associate Attorney Candidate must be Licensed and in good standing in New Mexico with 3+ years of experience in litigation (civil litigation preferred). Experience in handling pretrial discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and trial. Civil defense focus; knowledge of insurance law is also an asset. Strong writing skills, attention to detail and sound judgment, who is motivated and able to assist and support busy litigation team in large and complex litigation cases and trial are required.
