Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to develop cases, ability to prioritize work, and a strong substantive understanding of legal requirements and supporting documentation for business immigration filings. Must possess 3+ years of employment-based immigration experience with preparing all types of nonimmigrant visa applications and EB-1 through EB-3 immigrant visa applications. Should have experience working with Fortune 500 clientele and international executives. A four year college degree is also preferred.
