Paralegal - Finance and Banking The candidate will work with a focus on real estate finance and secured lending. Will assist with the review and analysis of title and survey work; coordination with title company; review and organization of due diligence; and coordination of closings. Experience with loan document drafting is a plus. Should have experience in real estate and meet two of the following four criteria: Bachelor's degree; paralegal certificate; certified legal assistant; and 4+ years of paralegal experience.
