Paralegal - Pre Litigation The candidate will open new files. Gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents. Fully investigate each case. Maintain contact with clients on regular basis. Prepare documents, discovery and correspondence. Collect documentation of all damages sustained such as medical records, bills and loss of income. Read and interpret medical records and reports. Organize and maintain case files. Should preferably have 1+ years of Personal injury law experience. Customer service experience is required.
