Family Law Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of legal experience to handle a family law case load (divorce, custody, child support, contempt, etc.) which will include appearing in court regularly, reviewing evidence, corresponding with clients and opposing counsel, drafting documents, etc. Should be a self-starter. Should have the ability to manage cases and make judgment calls as needed. Should have a strong knowledge of case prepration.
