Associate Attorney The candidate will join Collections/Creditors Rights firm. Will handle a high volume caseload and manage cases at every stage of litigation. Will be asked frequently to provide external and internal counsel regarding federal and state compliance and regulatory matters, focusing on the FDCPA. Must be a Tennessee licensed attorney. Must be knowledgeable regarding civil procedure, local court rules and the collections process in the states in which they are admitted. Superior writing research and legal skills are expected and essential. Should have 1-3 years of collections law experience.
