Legal Secretary/Assistant The candidate will join Personal Injury firm. Job duties include: Answering phones. Filing. Copying. Telephonic and written communications. New client intakes. Creating, updating, and maintaining files. Responding to discovery and drafting demands. Preparation of pleadings and fill-able forms. Must have the following: clearly and effectively communicate with attorneys, works well under pressure, and who has a demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and hard-working. Legal Experience is preferred, but entry-level accepted, provided that the candidate is a quick learner and hardworking. Should preferably have 1+ year of PQE.
