Civil Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Organizing exhibits, organizing medical records and deposition transcripts in preparation for trial. Conducting investigative research and preparing investigative reports in preparation for trial. Gathering and analyzing research data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and documents. Preparing and filing pleadings in federal and state court. Researching and preparing non-party subpoenas. Qualifications: BA/BS/Undergraduate with 3-5 years' experience. Experienced civil litigation paralegal needed to work in fast-paced medical malpractice defense group. Prefer 3+ years of insurance defense experience. Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
