Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Assisting attorneys with drafting and cite-checking legal documents to include pleadings, briefs, motions, subpoenas, and discovery. Managing case files through document management system. E-filing large documents in federal and state court. Assisting attorneys with discovery phase to include discovery requests, issuing subpoenas, and coordinating/preparing for depositions. Assisting with large-scale document production and review through various platforms, i.e. Relativity. Scheduling of depositions and witness interviews. Preparing for and attending trial. Docketing and calendaring. Requirements: Bachelor's degree/Paralegal Certificate preferred with 3-5 years related experience in a mid or large-sized law firm. Excellent writing and interpersonal communications skills. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize project requirements. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a client service focus. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
