Associate Attorney (Litigation) The candidate will handle all aspects of case management and litigation, including legal research, conducting fact investigation, comprehensive client reporting, motion practice, taking and defending depositions, participating in hearings and trials, maintaining a detailed record of billable hours, and effectively managing ongoing deadlines in a very fast-paced environment. Must have admission to practice in the state of Texas. Should have a JD from an accredited law school in the top 20-25% graduating class rank and 1-3 years of litigation experience. Defense litigation experience preferred. Should preferably possess the ability to handle complex legal issues, and the ability to formulate litigation strategies for various cases. Must be analytical by nature, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
