The position requires attending regular master, bond and individual hearings. Must be a junior associate preferably having 1-2 years of removal defense experience. Must be licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction, California preferred. Should speak Spanish and be willing to handle large caseload of litigation-intensive immigration matters.
