Bilingual Immigration Paralegal (Spanish) The candidate will be responsible to support attorneys in completing immigration forms, drafting affidavits and other documents, preparing legal filings, and gathering documentation from clients. Assist attorneys in client meetings (e.g. note-taking and translations). Perform legal research and client follow-ups and collect biographical information. Complete immigration filings in a timely manner. Draft and write legal memos. Input notes and track tasks in Clio. The candidate must have a Bachelors degree minimum (Masters Degree is a plus). Must have previous immigration work experience. Top grades are a plus. Native Fluency in Spanish is necessary. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (including MS Word and MS Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed. Must be experienced with maintaining confidential and sensitive information. Should be a excellent team player and have attention to detail. Must Take initiative and has pride work.
