Patent Associate Attorney- Entry Level The candidate will have exposure to a wide variety of technologies and clients. Must have JD and Engineering Degree (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering only). Should be available to work upon completion of Law School Program. Previous law clerk/summer associate work focused primarily on drafting and prosecuting patent applications and office action responses is preferred. Should have excellent academic credentials in undergraduate engineering program and law school. Should have passing result on Ethics exam.
